WEEK 5:  Wednesday, April 8, 2020:  Complexities of Calendaring - This webinar explores the structure and details of the litigation calendar, including case management, discovery, motions and trial dates.  Topics include CCP and FRCP references, calculating deadlines and service methods. ($150 a la carte)

Registration fee is refundable if session is cancelled by Karen Beyer. Registration fee is refundable if enrollee calls or emails to cancel no later than the Monday before the start of the first class in which enrollee is registered. Refunds will not be granted for “no-shows.” All refunds will be sent no more than two weeks after the request for cancellation. No cash refunds will be issued. Credit will be issued to credit cards.
